individuele planten worden ontwikkeld om plant omstandigheden nauwkeurig te monitoren en te simuleren. Dit maakt het mogelijk om de milieu impact en het gebruik van middelen en grondstoffen op landbouwbedrijven te verbeteren en de voedselkwaliteit te verhogen. Tegelijkertijd worden energiebesparingen gerealiseerd en wordt het gebruik van meststoffen en pesticiden verminderd.
